Same-day dispatch
Weekday orders placed before 2 p.m. Eastern ship the same day from our Toronto fulfilment. Orders placed after 2 p.m. or on weekends ship the next business day. Statutory holidays push by one extra business day.

- Ontario: typically 1 business day from Toronto dispatch.
- Quebec: 1 to 2 business days.
- Maritimes (Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, PEI, Newfoundland): 2 to 3 business days.

Discreet packaging
Plain kraft outer mailer with a neutral Toronto return address. No branding, no graphics, no scent. Vacuum-sealed mylar inner pouches with activated-carbon liners. Anyone handling the parcel — carrier, neighbour, family member — sees only a generic mailer.
Signature
Signature is optional by default. If nobody is home, the parcel is left in your mailbox, building mailroom or secure parcel locker. Signature-required delivery is available at no charge if you ask in the order notes.
Reshipment guarantee
If Canada Post tracking stalls past 5 business days past the quoted window, we open a trace and reship at our cost. No police reports, no insurance claims, no questions. In the rare event a parcel is marked "delivered" but never arrives, we open a Canada Post trace and reship within 48 hours of confirmation.
Free shipping threshold
Orders over $250 ship free with full Xpresspost tracking. Below that threshold a flat $20 shipping fee applies. Bitcoin orders receive an additional 10 percent off the order subtotal.
Apartments, condos and rural addresses
Xpresspost reaches every Canadian postal code including apartment buildings, condos, dorm rooms, rural routes, general-delivery post offices and northern fly-in communities. Add 1 to 2 extra business days for remote and rural addresses.
Can I change my delivery address after I order?
If the parcel has not yet shipped, yes — email support immediately with your order number and the corrected address. Once the parcel has scanned into the Canada Post network, the address is locked at the Canada Post end.
Why not Purolator, UPS or FedEx?
Canada Post Xpresspost is the only carrier in Canada bound by statutory letter-mail protections that complicate routine inspection of domestic parcels. Private carriers have no equivalent protection and are materially worse for discreet personal shipments.

Every order leaves our Toronto fulfilment the same business day when placed before 2 p.m. ET. Canada Post Xpresspost typically lands in 1 business day across Ontario, 2 to 3 days across Quebec, the Prairies and the Maritimes, and 3 to 5 days across British Columbia, Yukon, Northwest Territories and Nunavut. A tracking number is emailed the moment the package leaves our facility.
Packaging is fully discreet. The outer mailer is plain kraft with a neutral return address, with no branding or product hints. Inside, every product is vacuum-sealed in odour-barrier mylar, padded with kraft, and surrounded by activated-carbon liners that neutralise residual mushroom aroma. Drivers, neighbours, mailroom staff and roommates have no way to identify the contents.
Payment: Interac e-Transfer or Bitcoin
We accept exactly two payment methods: Interac e-Transfer for any Canadian bank account, and Bitcoin for customers who prefer cryptocurrency. Card networks classify psilocybin as a prohibited substance under their merchant agreements, so any dispensary claiming to accept Visa or Mastercard is either misrepresenting what is in the box or operating on a soon-to-be-frozen merchant account.

Every batch we list is third-party assayed by a Health-Canada-certified analytical lab. We require a minimum of 0.7 percent combined psilocybin and psilocin by dry weight on cubensis batches, and 1.2 percent or higher on potent classifications like Penis Envy or APE. Heavy metals (arsenic, lead, cadmium, mercury) are screened by ICP-MS, pesticides by GC-MS, and microbial load by membrane filtration.
